Responsibility
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with a portfolio of commercial clients, including SMEs, corporates, and high-net-worth individuals in Bali.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand AmBank’s market share in the commercial banking sector.
- Conduct thorough financial analyses and credit assessments to evaluate client eligibility for loans, credit facilities, and other banking products.
- Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., credit, risk, product development) to design and deliver customized financial solutions that align with client needs and bank policies.
- Monitor portfolio performance, track key metrics (e.g., revenue, NPL ratios), and implement strategies to mitigate risks and enhance profitability.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, regulatory changes, and competitive offerings to provide strategic insights and maintain AmBank’s market leadership.
- Prepare and present regular reports to senior management on business development activities, pipeline growth, and client satisfaction.
- Represent AmBank at industry events, networking forums, and client meetings to strengthen brand visibility and credibility.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field. A master’s degree or professional certification (e.g., CFA, CFP) is a plus.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in commercial banking, relationship management, or corporate lending, preferably in Indonesia or Southeast Asia.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and growing a client portfolio in a competitive market.
- Strong understanding of credit analysis, financial modeling, and risk management principles.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Familiarity with banking regulations in Indonesia (e.g., OJK guidelines) and local business practices.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint) and banking software (e.g., CRM systems).
