Responsibility

  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company targets in the assigned region.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including potential clients and partnerships.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients to ensure long-term loyalty.
  • Conduct market research to stay ahead of industry trends and competitor activities.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals to key decision-makers.
  • Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements to maximize profitability while meeting client needs.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of sales strategies and customer service.
  • Monitor and report on sales performance metrics, providing insights for continuous improvement.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in sales, business development, or account management, preferably in the petroleum or energy sector.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills to address client needs effectively.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Willingness to travel within the assigned region as required.
  • Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
