Responsibility
- Manage a portfolio of customer accounts, ensuring timely collections and payment resolutions.
- Conduct outbound calls and correspondence to negotiate payment plans and recover outstanding debts.
- Provide exceptional customer service while adhering to compliance and regulatory standards.
- Document all interactions and updates in the company’s CRM system accurately.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to escalate and resolve complex customer issues.
- Monitor and report on account statuses, identifying trends and recommending improvements.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and empathy in all customer interactions.
- Achieve and exceed monthly collection targets and performance metrics.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in collections, customer service, or a related field.
- Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
- Strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote setting.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in finance or collections are a plus.
- Willingness to work in shifts that align with UK, US, or AU business hours.
- Residence in Bali (Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, Jimbaran, Nusa Dua, Kuta, or Badung) is required.
