Responsibility
- Contact customers with overdue accounts via phone, email, or in-person visits to arrange payment plans.
- Negotiate repayment terms and settlements while adhering to company policies and legal regulations.
- Maintain accurate records of all collection activities, including customer interactions and payment agreements.
- Monitor and follow up on delinquent accounts to ensure timely recovery of outstanding debts.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer disputes and discrepancies.
- Provide regular reports on collection activities, success rates, and areas for improvement.
- Stay updated on industry best practices and regulatory changes related to debt collection.
- Uphold professionalism and empathy in all customer interactions to preserve positive relationships.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in collections, debt recovery, or a related financial role.
- Strong negotiation and communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Familiarity with financial regulations and ethical collection practices.
- Ability to work independently and meet targets in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and collection software/tools.
- High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in Finance, Business, or a related field is a plus.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Willingness to travel within Bali as needed for in-person collections.
