Responsibility
- Manage and monitor a portfolio of delinquent accounts, ensuring timely follow-ups and resolutions.
- Contact clients via phone, email, or in-person visits to negotiate payment plans and settlements.
- Assess clientsâ financial situations and propose viable repayment solutions tailored to their needs.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all collection activities in the bankâs system.
- Collaborate with internal teams to escalate complex cases and implement recovery strategies.
- Adhere to regulatory and ethical standards in all collection practices.
- Prepare and submit regular reports on collection performance, trends, and challenges.
- Provide exceptional customer service while handling sensitive financial discussions with empathy and professionalism.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in collections, credit management, or a similar role in the banking/financial sector.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and familiar with banking software or CRM systems.
- Ability to analyze financial data and make data-driven decisions.
- High level of integrity, discretion, and attention to detail.
- Fluency in English; additional proficiency in Indonesian (Bahasa) is a plus.
- Willingness to work in a hybrid or on-site setup in Canggu, Bali.
