Responsibility
- Contact customers with overdue payments via phone, email, or in-person visits to negotiate repayment plans.
- Maintain accurate records of all collection activities, including payment agreements and customer interactions.
- Ensure compliance with OJK regulations and company policies during all collection processes.
- Provide exceptional customer service while addressing payment delays with empathy and professionalism.
- Collaborate with the accounting team to update customer accounts and reconcile payments.
- Identify and escalate high-risk accounts for further action or legal intervention if necessary.
- Prepare and submit regular reports on collection activities, success rates, and outstanding balances.
- Stay updated on industry best practices and regulatory changes affecting debt collection.
Qualifications
- Minimum Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proven experience in debt collection, customer service, or financial services (preferably 1-2 years).
- Strong negotiation and communication skills in both Indonesian and English.
- Familiarity with OJK regulations and ethical collection practices.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and basic accounting software.
- Ability to work under pressure, meet targets, and handle sensitive situations with discretion.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
- Willingness to travel within the assigned region (Badung, Bali) as needed.
