As an Assistant FAT Manager, you will oversee financial reporting, tax compliance, and internal controls, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in all financial operations. Responsibility
- Oversee daily financial operations, including accounts payable, receivable, and general ledger entries.
- Ensure compliance with local tax regulations and prepare accurate tax filings.
- Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
- Conduct internal audits to verify financial data integrity and identify discrepancies.
- Collaborate with external auditors during annual audits and provide necessary documentation.
- Implement and maintain internal financial controls to mitigate risks.
- Support budgeting and forecasting processes in coordination with senior management.
- Train and mentor junior accounting staff to enhance team performance.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in financial accounting or auditing.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or QuickBooks).
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian tax laws and financial reporting standards.
- Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Certification (e.g., CPA or Brevet A/B) is a plus.
