Responsibility
- Process and manage accounts receivable transactions, including invoicing, payments, and credit memos.
- Monitor and follow up on outstanding invoices to ensure timely collections.
- Reconcile customer accounts and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner.
- Collaborate with the sales team to verify customer credit limits and payment terms.
- Prepare and distribute monthly aging reports and financial statements.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all receivable transactions.
- Communicate professionally with clients to address payment inquiries and issues.
- Assist in month-end and year-end closing processes.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (fresh graduates are welcome).
- Proven experience in accounts receivable, collections, or general accounting is a plus.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP).
- Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP).
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with the automotive industry is an advantage.
