Responsibility
- Manage day-to-day accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger entries.
- Prepare and analyze financial statements, reports, and budgets to ensure accuracy and compliance with company policies and regulations.
- Oversee operational workflows, including procurement, inventory management, and vendor relations to optimize efficiency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline processes and implement best practices for financial and operational management.
- Monitor cash flow, expenses, and financial performance to provide actionable insights for strategic decision-making.
- Ensure compliance with local tax regulations, including VAT, income tax, and other statutory requirements in Indonesia.
- Assist in the preparation of audit documentation and liaise with external auditors as needed.
- Develop and maintain internal controls to safeguard company assets and ensure data integrity.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in accounting, finance, or operations roles, preferably in a similar industry.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero, SAP) and advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, financial modeling).
- Strong understanding of Indonesian tax regulations and financial reporting standards.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Ability to work independently in a remote/hybrid environment while maintaining strong communication with team members.
- Fluency in English; proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
- Experience with ERP systems or process automation tools is highly desirable.
