Responsibility
- Verify and approve sales invoices, delivery receipts, and pick-up documents to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Monitor and manage petty cash funds, ensuring proper documentation and reconciliation.
- Collaborate with internal teams to gather and validate supporting documents for financial transactions.
- Ensure all financial records and transactions adhere to company policies and regulatory standards.
- Assist in the preparation of compliance reports and audits as required.
- Identify and resolve discrepancies in financial documents promptly.
- Maintain organized and up-to-date records of all compliance-related activities.
- Provide support to the finance team in day-to-day operations and special projects.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in collections, compliance, or a similar role.
- Strong understanding of financial documentation and regulatory compliance.
- Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills.
- Proficient in using financial software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with Indonesian financial regulations is a plus.
