Responsibility
- Monitor and manage daily collection operational systems, including dialers, CRM, and related tools.
- Analyze collection data to identify trends, inefficiencies, and opportunities for improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline collection processes and enhance system performance.
- Generate and present reports on collection metrics, recovery rates, and operational efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies in all collection activities.
- Troubleshoot technical issues in collection systems and coordinate with IT for resolutions.
- Develop and implement strategies to optimize collection workflows and reduce operational costs.
- Train and support team members on best practices for using collection tools and systems.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Data Analytics, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in collections, data operations, or financial analysis.
- Proficiency in CRM systems, dialers, and data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, SQL, Power BI).
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets and derive actionable insights.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for collaborating with teams and stakeholders.
- Knowledge of financial regulations and compliance standards in Indonesia.
- Problem-solving mindset with a focus on process improvement and operational efficiency.
