Responsibility
- Develop and execute marketing strategies to promote automotive financing products to dealerships, businesses, and individual clients in Bali.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with car dealerships, financial institutions, and potential customers to expand the client base.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor offerings, and customer needs to tailor financing solutions.
- Provide consultative sales support, explaining loan terms, interest rates, and repayment options to clients clearly and professionally.
- Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets for auto loan disbursements while ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory standards.
- Collaborate with the credit assessment team to evaluate client eligibility and process loan applications efficiently.
- Organize and participate in promotional events, roadshows, and workshops to increase brand visibility and product awareness.
- Prepare and submit detailed reports on sales activities, market feedback, and performance metrics to management.
Qualifications
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience (1–3 years) in sales, marketing, or credit financing, preferably in the automotive or banking sector.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- In-depth knowledge of automotive financing products, loan structures, and risk assessment.
- Goal-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM tools for client management.
- Willingness to travel frequently within Bali and occasionally to other regions.
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work independently or in a team.
