Responsibility
- Lead and manage end-to-end program delivery, ensuring alignment with business goals and regulatory requirements in the banking sector.
- Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, timelines, and budgets, ensuring adherence to scope, cost, and quality standards.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams, including IT, finance, risk, and operations, to drive seamless collaboration and project execution.
- Identify and mitigate risks, proactively addressing challenges to minimize disruptions and ensure program success.
- Monitor and report on program progress, providing stakeholders with actionable insights and recommendations for improvement.
- Stakeholder management: Engage with senior leadership, clients, and vendors to align expectations and foster strong working relationships.
- Drive process improvements and innovation, leveraging best practices in program management to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards, banking regulations, and internal policies throughout the program lifecycle.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Project Management, or a related field. Master’s degree or PMP certification is a plus.
- Minimum of 8+ years of experience in program or project management, with at least 5 years in the banking or financial services industry.
- Proven track record of successfully delivering large-scale, complex programs with budgets exceeding $1M.
- Strong expertise in Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid project management methodologies.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence at all levels.
- In-depth knowledge of banking operations, financial products, and regulatory frameworks (e.g., Basel III, AML, KYC).
- Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, JIRA, Asana) and advanced Excel skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment with a focus on delivering results under tight deadlines.
