Responsibility
- Proactively market and promote Co-opbank Pertama’s deposit, financing, and fee-based products to achieve and exceed sales targets.
- Identify and engage potential clients in Bali’s key areas (Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, Jimbaran, Nusa Dua, Kuta, Badung) to generate leads and convert them into loyal customers.
- Provide personalized financial advisory services, including mortgage and personal financing solutions, tailored to clients’ needs and financial goals.
- Conduct thorough financial assessments and risk evaluations to ensure responsible lending and compliance with banking regulations.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including credit and operations, to facilitate smooth loan processing and disbursement.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions, sales activities, and performance metrics to track progress and optimize strategies.
- Stay updated on market trends, competitor offerings, and regulatory changes to provide informed recommendations to clients.
- Participate in community events, financial literacy programs, and networking opportunities to enhance brand visibility and client acquisition.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in banking, financial services, or mortgage/loan advisory, preferably in a sales or client-facing role.
- Strong understanding of deposit products, personal financing, and mortgage lending processes.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a competitive financial services environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and rapport with clients from diverse backgrounds.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia; additional languages (e.g., Mandarin, Japanese) are a plus.
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Familiarity with banking software, CRM tools, and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Willingness to travel within Bali to meet clients and attend events as required.
