Responsibility
- Support senior management in strategic financial planning, risk assessment, and operational improvements to drive business growth.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends and opportunities in the financial services sector.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement process optimizations for enhanced efficiency.
- Prepare financial reports, presentations, and business cases for stakeholders and executive leadership.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
- 0–3 years of relevant experience in banking, financial services, or corporate strategy (fresh graduates with strong academic records are encouraged to apply).
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven mindset.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and financial modeling tools.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with diverse stakeholders.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment with a high degree of adaptability.
- Demonstrated leadership potential through internships, extracurricular activities, or prior work experience.
