Responsibility
- Monitor and track customer outstanding balances to ensure timely payments.
- Perform regular collection activities via phone, email, and formal correspondence.
- Analyze aging reports to identify overdue accounts and implement effective recovery strategies.
- Reconcile customer accounts and resolve discrepancies in billing or payments.
- Coordinate with the Sales and Operations departments to address customer payment hurdles.
- Prepare accurate weekly and monthly collection status reports for management review.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation of all collection efforts and customer interactions.
- Ensure compliance with company credit policies and financial regulations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Accounts Receivable, Collection, or Credit Control.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables) and integrated ERP systems.
- Strong analytical skills with an eye for detail and data accuracy.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and conflict resolution skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia; proficiency in English is a significant advantage.
- High level of integrity and professional ethics regarding sensitive financial data.
