Responsibility
- Operate and monitor CNC milling machines to produce precision components according to specifications.
- Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and CAD/CAM files to set up machine parameters.
- Perform routine machine maintenance, including cleaning, lubrication, and minor repairs to ensure optimal performance.
- Inspect finished products for quality, accuracy, and compliance with industry standards using precision measuring tools.
- Troubleshoot machine issues, adjust settings, and resolve operational problems to minimize downtime.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized workspace in compliance with company policies.
- Collaborate with engineering and production teams to optimize machining processes and improve efficiency.
- Document production data, machine performance, and any deviations for quality control and process improvement.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2+ years of experience as a CNC Milling Operator or in a similar role within the manufacturing industry.
- Proficient in reading and interpreting technical drawings, blueprints, and GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning & Tolerancing).
- Strong knowledge of CNC machine operations, G-code, and M-code programming (manual editing is a plus).
- Experience with CAD/CAM software (e.g., SolidWorks, Mastercam, or Fusion 360) is highly desirable.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to work with tight tolerances to ensure high-precision output.
- Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and lift/move materials as required (up to 20 kg).
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
- Basic English proficiency for communication with international teams (preferred but not mandatory).
