Responsibility
- Operate and maintain CNC milling machines to produce high-precision components.
- Read and interpret engineering drawings and blueprints to ensure accurate production.
- Set up and adjust machine tools, fixtures, and workpieces to meet specifications.
- Perform quality checks on finished products to ensure they meet industry standards.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues with machinery to minimize downtime.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment in compliance with company policies.
- Collaborate with the engineering team to optimize production processes.
- Document production data and maintain accurate records of machine operations.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a CNC Machinist, preferably in milling operations.
- Proficiency in reading and interpreting technical drawings and blueprints.
- Strong understanding of CNC programming and machine operation.
- Ability to use precision measuring instruments such as calipers and micrometers.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team.
- Physical stamina and dexterity to handle machinery and tools.
