Responsibility
- Set up and operate CNC/NC Milling, Lathe, Surface Grinding, Shaping, Hobbing, and Broaching machines.
- Interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and specifications to produce high-precision aerospace components.
- Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on machinery to ensure optimal performance.
- Inspect finished products for quality and adherence to specifications using precision measuring tools.
- Maintain accurate records of production activities, including machine settings and output.
- Collaborate with engineering and production teams to improve manufacturing processes.
- Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized workspace.
- Train and mentor junior machinists as needed.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a CNC Machinist in a manufacturing or aerospace environment.
- Proficiency in operating CNC/NC Milling, Lathe, and Surface Grinding machines.
- Strong ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints.
- Knowledge of precision measuring tools and quality control standards.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Certification in machining or a related field is a plus.
- Familiarity with aerospace industry standards and regulations is preferred.
