Responsibility
- Design, implement, and maintain CMMS platforms integrated with IoT sensors and smart building technologies.
- Develop and execute Smart Facilities Management projects to enhance operational efficiency and sustainability.
- Analyze facility data to identify optimization opportunities in energy usage, maintenance schedules, and asset performance.
- Collaborate with IT and facilities teams to ensure seamless integration of CMMS with existing enterprise systems.
- Create and maintain documentation for system configurations, workflows, and standard operating procedures.
- Train end-users and maintenance teams on CMMS functionality and best practices for data-driven maintenance.
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot technical issues to ensure 99.9% uptime.
- Stay current with emerging IoT technologies and industry trends in smart facilities management.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering (or related field).
- Minimum 3 years of experience with CMMS implementation and maintenance in commercial or industrial settings.
- Proven expertise in IoT integration, building automation systems, or smart facility technologies.
- Strong analytical skills with experience in data-driven decision making for facilities management.
- Proficiency in CMMS software (e.g., IBM Maximo, SAP PM, or similar platforms).
- Familiarity with programming languages (Python, SQL) for data analysis and system customization.
- Excellent communication skills to bridge technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Certification in CMMS, IoT, or smart building technologies is a plus.
