Responsibility
- Oversee and manage day-to-day construction activities, ensuring adherence to project timelines, budgets, and specifications.
- Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, quality, and safety compliance.
- Coordinate with architects, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure seamless project execution.
- Prepare and review technical drawings, blueprints, and construction plans for accuracy and feasibility.
- Resolve on-site engineering challenges and provide innovative solutions to maintain project momentum.
- Ensure all construction activities comply with local building codes, regulations, and environmental standards.
- Maintain detailed project documentation, including progress reports, risk assessments, and change orders.
- Lead and mentor on-site engineering teams, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field. A master’s degree is a plus.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in site engineering, with a proven track record in managing construction projects.
- Strong knowledge of construction methodologies, materials, and industry standards (e.g., ASTM, ISO).
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, MS Project, or other relevant engineering software.
- Excellent project management, leadership, and communication skills.
- Familiarity with local building codes and regulations in Indonesia is highly advantageous.
- Certification in Project Management (PMP) or similar is a plus.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing project requirements.
