Responsibility
- Develop and execute a regional technology roadmap aligned with business goals for Singapore, Malaysia, and Brunei.
- Partner with C-level executives and department heads to identify technology gaps and propose innovative solutions.
- Lead the evaluation, selection, and implementation of enterprise-wide digital tools (e.g., cloud platforms, ERP, CRM, AI/ML).
- Drive data governance, cybersecurity, and compliance initiatives to ensure robust and scalable systems.
- Optimize IT infrastructure and digital workflows to enhance operational efficiency and user experience.
- Mentor and guide cross-functional teams on technology adoption, change management, and best practices.
- Monitor emerging technologies (e.g., blockchain, IoT, automation) and assess their applicability to business needs.
- Measure and report on the ROI of technology investments, ensuring alignment with KPIs and business outcomes.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related fields.
- Minimum 8+ years of experience in IT strategy, digital transformation, or technology business partnering roles.
- Proven expertise in enterprise architecture, cloud computing (AWS/Azure/GCP), and modern software development practices.
- Strong understanding of business process optimization and the ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience working in multi-country environments with cultural sensitivity and adaptability.
- Certifications in PMP, ITIL, TOGAF, or similar are a plus.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Fluency in English; additional languages (e.g., Malay, Mandarin) are advantageous.
