Responsibility
- Custom-build golf clubs according to customer specifications and industry standards.
- Perform precise adjustments, including loft and lie angle modifications, shaft fitting, and grip installation.
- Conduct quality control checks to ensure all clubs meet performance and safety standards.
- Provide expert advice to customers on club selection, customization options, and maintenance tips.
- Maintain and organize the workshop, ensuring tools and equipment are in optimal condition.
- Collaborate with the sales team to understand customer needs and recommend suitable club configurations.
- Stay updated on the latest trends and technologies in golf club manufacturing and customization.
- Assist in inventory management, including tracking stock levels and ordering supplies as needed.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Club Technician or in a similar role within the golf industry.
- Strong technical skills and familiarity with golf club assembly, repair, and customization tools.
- Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
- Good communication skills to interact effectively with customers and team members.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of different golf club brands, materials, and technologies is a plus.
