Responsibility
- Deliver world-class, attentive service to Members and guests, anticipating needs before they are articulated.
- Execute precise table service, including food presentation and wine pouring standards appropriate for a fine dining environment.
- Maintain comprehensive knowledge of the food and beverage menus to provide expert recommendations to Members.
- Manage the end-to-end dining experience, from initial greeting and order taking to final billing and farewell.
- Collaborate effectively with the kitchen and bar team to ensure timely delivery and high quality of service.
- Uphold the Club’s standards of presentation, cleanliness, and professionalism at all times.
- Assist in the preparation and set-up of the dining floor to ensure a welcoming atmosphere for all guests.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a luxury restaurant, fine dining establishment, or private club environment is highly advantageous.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with a diverse and sophisticated clientele.
- Excellent command of the English language, with clear and professional communication skills.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including weekends, evenings, and public holidays as required by the Club’s operations.
- A genuine passion for food and wine with an eagerness to continuously learn and develop your product knowledge.
- Ability to remain calm and composed under pressure while maintaining a high standard of service delivery.
