Responsibility
- Monitor, manage, and optimize cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, or GCP) to ensure high availability, performance, and security.
- Automate deployment, scaling, and maintenance processes using CI/CD pipelines (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI).
- Troubleshoot and resolve IT and cloud-related incidents, minimizing downtime and impact on business operations.
- Collaborate with development teams to design and implement scalable, cost-effective cloud solutions.
- Maintain and update IT systems, including servers, networks, and security protocols, in alignment with industry standards.
- Conduct regular system audits, vulnerability assessments, and performance tuning to enhance efficiency.
- Provide technical support and guidance to internal teams and clients on cloud and IT best practices.
- Document processes, configurations, and incident reports for knowledge sharing and compliance.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- 3+ years of experience in cloud operations, IT infrastructure, or DevOps roles.
- Proficiency in cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud) and tools like Terraform, Ansible, or Kubernetes.
- Strong knowledge of networking, security protocols, and system administration (Linux/Windows).
- Experience with scripting languages (Python, Bash, or PowerShell) for automation and troubleshooting.
- Familiarity with monitoring tools (e.g., Prometheus, Nagios, ELK Stack) and logging systems.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or in a team.
- Certifications in cloud technologies (e.g., AWS Certified SysOps, Azure Administrator) are a plus.
