BytePlus, a subsidiary of ByteDance, is seeking a visionary Cloud Infrastructure Solutions Architect to lead the design and implementation of cutting-edge cloud solutions. Based in Bali (with remote/hybrid flexibility), you'll collaborate with global teams to deliver scalable, secure, and high-performance cloud infrastructure for ByteDance's diverse portfolio of products.

Responsibility
- Design and architect scalable, fault-tolerant cloud infrastructure solutions on BytePlus and other major cloud platforms.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define cloud strategy, migration roadmaps, and best practices.
- Optimize cloud costs, performance, and security through automation, monitoring, and governance frameworks.
- Lead proof-of-concept (PoC) initiatives to evaluate emerging cloud technologies and their business impact.
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to engineering teams on cloud-native development and DevOps practices.
- Develop and maintain cloud architecture documentation, standards, and compliance policies.
- Engage with stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical cloud solutions.
- Stay ahead of industry trends in cloud computing, containerization, and serverless architectures.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in cloud architecture, with expertise in AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
- Proven track record of designing and deploying large-scale cloud infrastructure solutions.
- Strong knowledge of infrastructure-as-code (IaC) tools like Terraform, CloudFormation, or Pulumi.
- Experience with containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) and microservices architectures.
- Familiarity with networking, security, and compliance in cloud environments (e.g., ISO 27001, SOC 2).
- Excellent communication skills to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Certifications such as AWS Certified Solutions Architect, Google Professional Cloud Architect, or Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect are a plus.
