Responsibility
- Monitor and maintain cloud platforms, servers, and network connectivity to ensure optimal performance and availability.
- Assist in the deployment, configuration, and management of cloud-based solutions and infrastructure.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to cloud and infrastructure environments.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support the implementation of new technologies and systems.
- Perform regular system backups, updates, and security patches to maintain system integrity.
- Document technical processes, configurations, and procedures for future reference.
- Participate in on-call rotations to provide support for critical infrastructure issues.
- Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in cloud and infrastructure engineering.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Basic understanding of cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
- Familiarity with server management, network configurations, and infrastructure monitoring tools.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot technical issues.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Eagerness to learn and adapt to new technologies and methodologies.
- Basic knowledge of scripting languages such as Python, Bash, or PowerShell is a plus.
- Certifications in cloud technologies (e.g., AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner) are advantageous.
