Responsibility
- Design, develop, and maintain AI-powered automation systems to optimize business processes and workflows.
- Build and integrate RESTful APIs and microservices to enable seamless data exchange between systems.
- Implement machine learning models (e.g., NLP, predictive analytics) to enhance decision-making and user experiences.
- Collaborate with product and operations teams to identify automation opportunities and deliver scalable solutions.
- Ensure high performance, security, and reliability of automation tools and integrations.
- Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines to streamline deployment and testing of AI/automation components.
- Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement improvements for efficiency.
- Stay updated with emerging AI/automation technologies and recommend innovative solutions.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs or Masterâs degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in software development, with at least 2 years in AI/automation.
- Proficiency in Python, Java, or Node.js and experience with AI/ML frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch).
- Strong background in API development, system integration, and cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
- Experience with workflow automation tools (e.g., Zapier, UiPath, or custom scripts).
- Familiarity with database design (SQL/NoSQL) and data processing pipelines.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in an Agile/Scrum environment.
- Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with non-technical stakeholders.
