Responsibility
- Conduct detailed business analysis to identify opportunities for improving our digital health platform.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements, user stories, and process flows.
- Coordinate with IT teams to ensure the successful implementation of digital health projects.
- Analyze data to provide insights and recommendations for enhancing platform performance and user experience.
- Develop and maintain project documentation, including business cases, functional specifications, and progress reports.
- Facilitate workshops and meetings to align business objectives with technical solutions.
- Monitor project timelines, budgets, and deliverables to ensure on-time and within-scope completion.
- Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in digital health and business analysis.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Healthcare Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in the healthcare or digital health sector.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate business needs into technical requirements.
- Experience with project management tools (e.g., JIRA, Trello) and methodologies (Agile, Scrum).
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., SQL, Excel, Tableau) and documentation tools (e.g., Confluence).
- Knowledge of healthcare regulations and compliance standards is a plus.
