Responsibility
- Coordinate and manage clinical research studies from initiation to completion, ensuring adherence to protocols and regulatory requirements.
- Recruit, screen, and enroll study participants while maintaining accurate and confidential records.
- Collaborate with principal investigators, healthcare providers, and study sponsors to ensure smooth study execution.
- Collect, verify, and manage clinical data, ensuring accuracy and compliance with Good Clinical Practice (GCP) guidelines.
- Prepare and submit regulatory documents, including ethics committee applications and study reports.
- Monitor study progress, identify potential issues, and implement corrective actions as needed.
- Provide training and support to study staff and participants on study procedures and requirements.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of clinical research regulations, guidelines, and best practices.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Nursing, Public Health, or a related field. Advanced degrees are a plus.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in clinical research, healthcare, or a related field. Fresh graduates with relevant internships are encouraged to apply.
- Strong understanding of clinical research methodologies, regulatory requirements, and ethical considerations.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Proficient in data management systems and Microsoft Office Suite. Experience with electronic data capture (EDC) systems is a plus.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team and interact with diverse stakeholders.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of accuracy and confidentiality.
- Fluency in English is required. Knowledge of Bahasa Indonesia is an advantage.
