Responsibility
- Perform and interpret clinical laboratory tests, including hematology, chemistry, microbiology, and immunology, with high accuracy.
- Oversee quality control and assurance in laboratory operations to ensure compliance with international standards (e.g., ISO 15189).
- Collaborate with physicians and healthcare teams to provide diagnostic insights and support patient treatment plans.
- Develop and validate new laboratory methodologies and protocols to enhance diagnostic capabilities.
- Train and mentor laboratory technicians and junior staff on best practices and emerging technologies.
- Ensure timely reporting of critical results and maintain meticulous documentation for audit and research purposes.
- Participate in research and development initiatives to advance clinical pathology practices.
- Stay updated with global trends in medical diagnostics and implement improvements in laboratory workflows.
Qualifications
- Medical degree (S.Ked) and specialization in Clinical Pathology (Sp.PK) from a recognized institution.
- Valid Indonesian medical license (SIP) and specialist certification.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a clinical laboratory setting, preferably in an international-standard facility.
- Proficient in laboratory information systems (LIS) and modern diagnostic equipment.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills in both Indonesian and English.
- Familiarity with regulatory standards (e.g., CAP, JCI, or ISO) is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
