Responsibility
- Deliver comprehensive product knowledge training to internal teams (sales, marketing, customer service) and external partners (distributors, retailers, healthcare professionals).
- Develop and update educational materials, including guides, presentations, and digital content, to support product understanding and adoption.
- Collaborate with the R&D and marketing teams to ensure scientific accuracy in all product-related communications and claims.
- Conduct workshops and seminars for clients, community groups, and healthcare providers to promote nutritional awareness and product benefits.
- Provide one-on-one consultations to address specific nutritional inquiries and tailor recommendations based on individual needs.
- Monitor industry trends and competitor products to identify opportunities for innovation and differentiation.
- Gather and analyze feedback from training sessions and client interactions to refine educational strategies.
- Represent the company at health fairs, conferences, and trade shows to build brand credibility and expand professional networks.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Nutrition, Dietetics, or a related field; certified nutritionist or dietitian preferred.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in clinical nutrition, health education, or product training, preferably in the wellness or FMCG industry.
- Proven ability to simplify complex nutritional concepts for diverse audiences, from healthcare professionals to general consumers.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills in English; proficiency in Indonesian is a plus.
- Experience in content creation (e.g., training manuals, blog posts, social media) for health-related topics.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust and rapport with stakeholders at all levels.
- Familiarity with regulatory standards for nutritional products in Indonesia (e.g., BPOM guidelines).
- Passion for holistic health and wellness, with a commitment to continuous learning in the field of nutrition.
