Responsibility
- Conduct in-depth product demonstrations and technical presentations for emergency medical services (EMS), hospitals, and ambulance operators.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in healthcare institutions to understand their operational challenges and equipment needs.
- Provide expert technical support and training to end-users, ensuring optimal utilization of medical devices and systems.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to create compelling proposals, tenders, and product documentation tailored to the healthcare sector.
- Gather and analyze customer feedback to identify product improvements and communicate insights to the R&D and product development teams.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitive products, and emerging technologies in medical equipment to position Equip Medical Group as a leader in the field.
- Assist in the planning and execution of trade shows, conferences, and other industry events to promote the company’s product portfolio.
- Prepare and deliver reports on sales activities, market conditions, and competitive analysis to support strategic decision-making.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Biomedical Engineering, Nursing, Healthcare Administration, or a related field. Advanced degrees or certifications in medical technology are a plus.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a technical sales, product specialist, or clinical support role within the medical device or healthcare industry.
- Strong understanding of emergency medical equipment, such as defibrillators, patient monitors, ventilators, and ambulance-specific solutions.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Proven track record of building and maintaining client relationships in a B2B sales environment, preferably in healthcare.
- Ability to travel frequently within Bali and occasionally to other regions in Indonesia to meet with clients and attend industry events.
- Fluency in English (written and spoken); proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia is highly advantageous.
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and passionate about improving healthcare outcomes through technology.
