Responsibility
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets for clinical diagnostic products.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in hospitals, clinics, and private laboratories.
- Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to healthcare professionals, highlighting the benefits and technical specifications of diagnostic solutions.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify new business opportunities.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to organize and participate in medical exhibitions, workshops, and seminars.
- Provide timely and accurate sales forecasts, reports, and customer feedback to management.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and ethical sales practices.
- Offer post-sales support, including troubleshooting and training, to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Medicine, Business, or a related field.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in medical/clinical diagnostics sales, pharmaceutical sales, or healthcare sales.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a B2B environment.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to travel frequently within the assigned territory (Bali and surrounding regions).
- Familiarity with clinical diagnostic products, laboratory equipment, or medical devices is a plus.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia; additional local languages are advantageous.
