Responsibility
- Provide on-site and remote technical support for medical equipment, ensuring minimal downtime and optimal performance.
- Conduct comprehensive training sessions for healthcare staff on the proper use, maintenance, and troubleshooting of medical devices.
- Perform equipment validation, calibration, and preventive maintenance to comply with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to assess client needs and recommend appropriate medical technology solutions.
- Develop and update technical documentation, including user manuals, service reports, and training materials.
- Monitor equipment performance and proactively address potential issues to prevent disruptions in clinical operations.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries and resolving technical concerns in a timely manner.
- Stay updated on emerging medical technologies and industry best practices to enhance service delivery.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Medical Technology, Biomedical Engineering, or a related field (required).
- Valid license as a Medical Technologist (MedTech) or equivalent certification.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in clinical applications, medical equipment support, or a similar role.
- Strong technical aptitude with hands-on experience in troubleshooting and maintaining medical devices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively train and support healthcare professionals.
- Proven ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with regulatory standards (e.g., ISO, FDA, or local health authorities) for medical equipment.
- Willingness to travel within Bali and occasionally to other regions as needed.
