Responsibility
- Drive sales of aesthetic treatments and services by engaging with potential clients and converting leads into loyal customers.
- Provide expert consultations on clinic services, tailoring recommendations to meet individual client needs and preferences.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and repeat business.
- Collaborate with the clinical team to stay updated on the latest treatments, promotions, and industry trends.
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets while maintaining a high standard of professionalism and ethical sales practices.
- Organize and participate in promotional events, open houses, and community outreach to increase clinic visibility.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and follow-ups using CRM tools.
- Provide exceptional customer service, addressing inquiries, concerns, and feedback promptly and professionally.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Healthcare, or a related field is preferred.
- Proven experience in sales, preferably within the healthcare, beauty, or wellness industry.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence client decisions.
- Passion for the aesthetic and wellness industry, with a basic understanding of common treatments and procedures.
- Goal-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Indonesian or other languages is a plus.
