Responsibility

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the medical aesthetics sector, targeting clinics, hospitals, and wellness centers in Bali.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, including doctors, clinic owners, and industry influencers.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and potential gaps in the medical aesthetics market.
  • Present and pitch PERSOL’s services to prospective clients, demonstrating value and aligning solutions with their business needs.
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients, ensuring mutually beneficial terms and compliance with company policies.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of services and client satisfaction.
  • Monitor and report on sales performance, market trends, and client feedback to management.
  • Represent PERSOL at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to enhance brand visibility.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in business development, sales, or account management, preferably in the healthcare, medical, or aesthetics industry.
  • Strong understanding of the medical aesthetics market, including trends, regulations, and key players.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills in English (additional languages are a plus).
  • Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Ability to build and maintain long-term relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Experience with CRM tools and sales tracking software is an advantage.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Healthcare, or a related field.
  • Willingness to travel within Bali and occasionally to other regions as needed.
