Responsibility
- Engage with clinic visitors to promote and sell Prima Products, ensuring they understand the benefits and usage.
- Provide exceptional customer service, addressing inquiries and concerns with professionalism and empathy.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to identify patient needs and recommend appropriate products.
- Maintain accurate records of sales transactions, inventory levels, and customer feedback.
- Participate in training sessions to stay updated on product knowledge and sales techniques.
- Assist in organizing promotional events and campaigns to increase product awareness.
- Ensure the clinic's sales area is well-stocked, organized, and visually appealing.
- Work closely with the sales team to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in sales, retail, or customer service, preferably in the healthcare sector.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with customers and healthcare professionals.
- Basic understanding of healthcare products and services is a plus.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in using sales software and basic computer applications.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in sales or healthcare is advantageous.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is required.
