Responsibility
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with contractors, architects, retailers, and wholesalers in Bali.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets for building materials, including cement, steel, tiles, and plumbing supplies.
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and stay ahead of industry trends.
- Provide product knowledge, technical support, and solutions to meet customer needs.
- Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics to management.
- Collaborate with the logistics team to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Participate in trade shows, exhibitions, and networking events to promote company products.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with clients while maintaining profitability.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in sales, preferably in building materials, construction, or retail.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Familiarity with construction materials, industry standards, and market dynamics.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
- Valid driverâs license and willingness to travel within Bali.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software is a plus.
- Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
