Responsibility
- Provide exceptional customer service by greeting, assisting, and advising customers on Dysonâs product range (vacuums, air purifiers, hair tools, etc.).
- Demonstrate product features, benefits, and innovations to drive sales conversions and upsell accessories.
- Achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets while maintaining high customer satisfaction scores.
- Maintain in-depth knowledge of Dysonâs product specifications, promotions, and competitive advantages.
- Process transactions accurately using POS systems and handle cash/credit payments with integrity.
- Ensure the retail space is visually appealing, well-stocked, and aligned with Dysonâs brand standards.
- Collaborate with the store team to execute marketing campaigns, in-store events, and product launches.
- Gather customer feedback and relay insights to management to improve sales strategies.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of experience in retail sales, preferably in electronics, appliances, or luxury goods.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-first mindset.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a commission-based environment.
- Passion for technology and ability to learn complex product details quickly.
- High school diploma or equivalent; bachelorâs degree in Business, Marketing, or related fields is a plus.
- Fluency in English (additional Indonesian/Bahasa skills are advantageous).
- Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and evenings as required by retail schedules.
- Outgoing, confident, and able to work independently or in a team.
