Responsibility
- Provide exceptional customer service by greeting, assisting, and advising customers on Dyson products.
- Demonstrate product features, benefits, and usage to drive sales and enhance customer satisfaction.
- Achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets through proactive engagement and upselling techniques.
- Maintain in-depth knowledge of Dyson’s product lineup, promotions, and industry trends.
- Process transactions accurately, handle cash and digital payments, and manage inventory stock levels.
- Collaborate with the retail team to ensure a clean, organized, and visually appealing store environment.
- Assist in merchandising, stock replenishment, and promotional setups to optimize product visibility.
- Resolve customer inquiries and complaints professionally, ensuring a positive brand experience.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of experience in retail sales, customer service, or a related field (preferably in electronics or premium brands).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-centric approach.
- Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong product knowledge or the ability to quickly learn technical specifications of home appliances.
- High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is a plus.
- Fluency in English (additional proficiency in Indonesian or other languages is advantageous).
- Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and evenings as required by retail schedules.
