Responsibility

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clinics, hospitals, and healthcare providers in Bali to promote Maxicare's Prima Focus products and services.
  • Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and training sessions to educate medical professionals on the benefits and features of our healthcare solutions.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets by identifying new business opportunities and expanding the client base.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to execute local campaigns, events, and promotions that drive brand awareness and lead generation.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring client satisfaction.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to provide insights and recommendations for product and service improvements.
  • Prepare and submit regular sales reports, forecasts, and activity logs to management.
  • Participate in industry conferences, trade shows, and networking events to represent Maxicare and build professional connections.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Healthcare Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales, preferably in the healthcare, pharmaceutical, or medical devices industry.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and building client relationships.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills in both English and Bahasa Indonesia.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to engage and influence healthcare professionals at all levels.
  • Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Willingness to travel within Bali and occasionally to other regions as required.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) is a plus.
