Responsibility
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clinics, hospitals, and healthcare professionals in Bali to promote Maxicare’s Prima Focus products.
- Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and training sessions to educate clients on the benefits and features of Maxicare’s offerings.
- Achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets through strategic planning and effective client engagement.
- Gather market intelligence and customer feedback to identify opportunities for product improvements and new business development.
- Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, customer service, and operations) to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction.
- Prepare and submit regular sales reports, including pipeline updates, client interactions, and revenue forecasts.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes affecting healthcare products.
- Participate in local healthcare events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to enhance Maxicare’s brand visibility.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Healthcare Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales, preferably in the healthcare, insurance, or pharmaceutical industry.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a B2B environment.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills to build trust with clients.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities to handle multiple accounts and priorities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and CRM software.
- Willingness to travel within Bali and occasionally to other regions as required.
