Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Management, Nursing, or a related field. Master’s degree is a plus.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in clinic or healthcare operations, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
  • Proven track record in managing clinic workflows, team leadership, and process optimization.
  • Strong knowledge of healthcare regulations, quality standards, and compliance requirements in Indonesia.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills with a patient-first mindset.
