Responsibility
- Oversee daily clinic operations, ensuring compliance with healthcare standards, policies, and regulatory requirements.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing clinic team, fostering a collaborative and patient-centric work environment.
- Optimize workflows, resource allocation, and service delivery to enhance operational efficiency and patient experience.
- Monitor and analyze clinic performance metrics, implementing data-driven strategies for improvement.
- Ensure adherence to quality control, infection prevention, and safety protocols in all clinic activities.
- Manage budgeting, procurement, and inventory to maintain cost-effectiveness without compromising service quality.
- Coordinate with medical staff, administrators, and external partners to streamline processes and resolve operational challenges.
- Drive initiatives to expand clinic services, improve patient engagement, and increase community outreach.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Management, Nursing, or a related field. Master’s degree is a plus.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in clinic or healthcare operations, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
- Proven track record in managing clinic workflows, team leadership, and process optimization.
- Strong knowledge of healthcare regulations, quality standards, and compliance requirements in Indonesia.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills with a patient-first mindset.
- Proficiency in healthcare management software, MS Office, and data analysis tools.
- Ability to work under pressure, adapt to changing environments, and make critical decisions.
- Fluency in English and Indonesian is highly preferred.
