Responsibility
- Provide direct patient care, including vital signs monitoring, wound dressing, and medication administration.
- Assist doctors during consultations, procedures, and minor surgeries.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records in compliance with healthcare regulations.
- Educate patients and their families on health conditions, treatments, and preventive care.
- Ensure clinic cleanliness, sterilization of medical equipment, and adherence to infection control protocols.
- Manage inventory of medical supplies and coordinate with procurement for restocking.
- Handle emergency situations with composure and provide first aid or life-saving interventions as needed.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to improve patient outcomes and clinic operations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing or equivalent qualification.
- Valid nursing license in Indonesia or eligibility to obtain one.
- Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience in a hospital, clinic, or healthcare setting.
- Strong knowledge of medical procedures, patient care standards, and healthcare regulations.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail.
- Compassionate, patient-focused attitude with a commitment to ethical healthcare practices.
- Basic computer skills for electronic health record (EHR) management.
