Responsibility
- Provide first aid and emergency care to employees, assessing injuries/illnesses and recommending further medical attention when necessary.
- Conduct regular health check-ups, including blood pressure monitoring, temperature checks, and basic health screenings.
- Maintain confidential medical records and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Develop and implement workplace wellness programs, including health education workshops and vaccination drives.
- Manage office administrative tasks, such as scheduling appointments, organizing files, and coordinating with HR on health-related policies.
- Oversee inventory of medical supplies and first-aid kits, ensuring they are fully stocked and up to date.
- Assist in onboarding new employees with health and safety briefings, including emergency procedures.
- Liaise with local healthcare providers for referrals, partnerships, or employee health insurance claims.
Qualifications
- Licensed Nurse (BSN or equivalent) with a valid professional license (preferably with experience in occupational health).
- Proven experience in first aid, emergency response, and basic patient care.
- Strong administrative and organizational skills, with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with employees at all levels.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and basic medical software.
- Knowledge of workplace health and safety regulations (OSHA or local equivalents is a plus).
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and discretion in handling sensitive medical and employee information.
- Fluency in English (written and spoken); knowledge of Indonesian is advantageous.
