Responsibility
- Oversee daily operations of outpatient departments, ensuring efficient patient flow and high-quality care.
- Lead, mentor, and manage a multidisciplinary team of medical and administrative staff.
- Implement and monitor compliance with healthcare regulations, policies, and best practices.
- Develop and execute strategies to improve patient satisfaction and operational efficiency.
- Collaborate with medical directors and senior management to align outpatient services with organizational goals.
- Manage budgets, resources, and inventory to optimize departmental performance.
- Conduct regular audits and assessments to maintain clinical standards and safety protocols.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement through training, feedback, and performance evaluations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing, Healthcare Administration, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in outpatient healthcare management or a similar leadership role.
- Valid medical or nursing license (MRHA certification is a plus).
- Proven track record in team leadership, operational management, and process improvement.
- Strong knowledge of healthcare regulations, accreditation standards, and patient safety protocols.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Proficiency in healthcare management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is required.
