Responsibility
- Oversee daily clinic operations, ensuring smooth workflow and adherence to company policies.
- Lead and motivate a team of skincare specialists, aestheticians, and support staff.
- Maintain high standards of customer service and client satisfaction.
- Manage clinic finances, including budgeting, revenue tracking, and expense control.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations.
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain clients.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with suppliers for skincare products and equipment.
- Handle client inquiries, feedback, and resolution of any issues.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in clinic management, preferably in the skincare or beauty industry.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Knowledge of skincare treatments and beauty industry trends.
- Proficient in financial management and budgeting.
- Familiarity with marketing and client retention strategies.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is preferred.
