Responsibility
- Assist physiotherapists with patient assessments and treatment sessions.
- Prepare and maintain treatment areas, ensuring cleanliness and organization.
- Manage patient appointments, registrations, and medical records.
- Provide administrative support, including billing, invoicing, and insurance claims.
- Educate patients on post-treatment care and exercises as directed by physiotherapists.
- Maintain inventory of clinic supplies and equipment.
- Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and clinic policies.
- Offer exceptional customer service to patients and visitors.
Qualifications
- Diploma or certificate in healthcare, administration, or a related field.
- Previous experience in a clinical or healthcare setting is a plus.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in basic computer applications and medical software.
- Compassionate and patient-centered approach to care.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Bahasa Indonesia is an advantage.
