Responsibility
- Oversee daily operations of the chemotherapy center, ensuring compliance with local and international healthcare standards (e.g., JCI, ISO).
- Lead and mentor a multidisciplinary team of nurses, pharmacists, and administrative staff to deliver exceptional patient care.
- Develop and implement clinical protocols, SOPs, and quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient safety and treatment outcomes.
- Manage budgeting, financial planning, and resource allocation to optimize clinic efficiency and profitability.
- Collaborate with oncologists and medical directors to coordinate patient treatment plans and ensure seamless care transitions.
- Monitor inventory of chemotherapy drugs, medical supplies, and equipment, ensuring adherence to safety and storage regulations.
- Build and maintain relationships with insurance providers, government agencies, and referral partners to expand the clinicâs network.
- Foster a patient-centric culture by addressing feedback, resolving complaints, and implementing service improvements.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Nursing, Healthcare Administration, or a related field (Masterâs preferred).
- Minimum 5 years of experience in healthcare management, with at least 2 years in oncology or chemotherapy services.
- Strong leadership skills with a proven track record of managing clinical teams and operations.
- Knowledge of healthcare regulations in Indonesia (e.g., BPJS, Ministry of Health guidelines) and international standards.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English (Bahasa Indonesia is a plus).
- Experience with EMR/EHR systems, inventory management, and financial reporting.
- Certification in healthcare management (e.g., CPHQ, Lean Six Sigma) is an advantage.
- Ability to thrive in a multicultural environment and adapt to dynamic healthcare challenges.
